We were so excited when we found out that Disney Princesses on Ice was going to be in town on Gracelyn's birthday! We knew it would be the perfect way to celebrate her turning 5! Her morning started out with our traditional dessert in bed (a Paradise Bakery cookie with frosting and sprinkles...of course! ) 
Daddy took the day off from work, just to be with his little birthday girl all day! Right before we left for dinner, a birthday surprise arrived at our door from Uncle Blake. Gracelyn felt so special to get flowers and a balloon delivered just to her!
Gracelyn picked Famous Dave's for the third year in a row. She just can't seem to imagine a birthday without that giant sparkler for dessert! And this year it did not disappoint.
Then it was off to Disney on Ice! Gracelyn was thrilled with the entire show. Our seats were great and she thoroughly enjoyed being spoiled by Daddy with a princess light up toy and a princess snow cone. We even got to meet up with two of her very best friends! 
It was a great day and a very special way to celebrate our little princess!

How fun!! I'm putting her birthday present in the mail this week. I can't WAIT for her to get it!!!!! She's such a cutie. I really can't believe she's 5. Wow.
