Preston is 6 months!

Preston is 6 months old and is becoming a very busy boy! He is now rolling EVERYWHERE! If I lay him down on one side of a room, it only takes a minute for him to make his way across to the other side. He has also developed a recent love for chewing on his toes and sleeping on his tummy. We realized that it was probably about time to stop swaddling him for bed after we caught him sound asleep on his tummy while still completely swaddled...TWICE in a row! This month he started eating solids. So far we've tried rice cereal, oatmeal, and homemade carrots. Green beans are next on the agenda. He loves to eat and has not turned away anything we've given him so far. He is still a very happy boy. He loves to giggle and freely gives away smiles all day. The only trouble he has given us is sleeping at night. He likes to wake up to eat and cuddle several times each night. Needless to say, mommy does not care for this habit so we are working on breaking that, now that we are finally moved in and he can sleep in his own room. The girls are really loving the fact that they can play with him more these days and they are very good at entertaining him. And while he started out looking just like Addison, as you can see from the pictures below, he is looking more and more like his Daddy every day! This is such a fun stage!
