Two Weeks Old

Preston is 2 weeks old....and is still just a happy little guy. He is becoming much more alert during the day. The girls love holding him when he's wide awake so they can talk, sing, and read to him. He is sleeping really well in his bassinet at night, and ironically, during the day he will sleep almost anywhere except his bassinet! At his 2 week checkup he weighed 7 lbs 10 oz...so he's still just a little guy, but the pediatrician says he's doing just fine. He has already changed so much and it's really hard to say who he looks like. He may end up being a perfect combination of Josh and I.This week his cord finally fell off and we were able to give him his first real bath. The girls had been waiting anxiously for that. They were a big help at bath time and had so much fun watching him!
