Valentine Dates with Daddy

Our Valentine's Day started out with heart shaped M&M pancakes...I think this is going to be a new tradition in the Linebarger house! Then Gracelyn and Daddy headed out for a special Valentine's date. For those of you who don't know Lowe's does a FREE adorable project twice a month on Saturday mornings called Build and Grow. You get to bring your kids in to make a fun wood project. They supply all the materials plus give your child an apron and goggles to keep. Each time your child completes a project, they also give you a patch to add to their apron. This was Gracelyn's first time and she had such a blast with Daddy! They got to make this adorable heart jewelry box. She can't wait to go back again.

Daddy couldn't quite convince Gracelyn to put on the goggles and apron at the store, but I got her to pose with them on at home, after a candy bribe. So so cute!

Tonight it's my turn for a date with Daddy. We are headed to dinner at Buca Di Beppo and then to see the new movie "He's just not that into you". I can't wait! There's nothing like spending Valentine's Day with the ones you love the most. Hope you all had a fun Valentine's Day too!
