San Diego!!

 One downside in moving to Utah is being so much further away from our favorite vacation spot. We've all been itching for a San Diego vacation, so we decided to pack up and make the loooong drive before school started. We ended up breaking up the trip by staying the night half way and decided that the drive was not so bad after all! We spent our vacation at our favorite spots including the beach, Sea World, and La Jolla Cove. Luckily, we were able to snap another picture of the girls in front of this awesome flower garden. It's so fun to compare these photos from year to year. 

My favorite part of our vacation was our day at the beach. The girls were in heaven running through the waves, building sandcastles, and looking for seashells. Gracelyn was even brave enough to try out the boogie board. Daddy took her out and helped her catch a few great waves! 

Preston spent most of his first visit to the beach napping in the stroller, but woke up just in time to try out the boogie board and dip his toes in the water.

As we were packing up the car, we noticed a pack of dolphins swimming by,  so close to the beach. It was an awesome way to end our fun day at the beach!
